Strawberry Swing, by Coldplay.
As far as I can tell, this is all done in chalk on the floor. And no, I don't know why the song ends before the animation does. Also, GIANT SQUIRREL AAAAAAGH

I especially like how he turned the water into a cape. But the stovepipe hat guy was a little too random.

That was amazingly creative. Out of a world of green screen techno-heads, here comes a REALLY creative peace of film.
