THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM - The online computery journal thingy of a turtle

05:29 pm - THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM
I'm reading the latest issue of Entertainment Weekly, and there's an article about Matt Damon in "The Bourne Ultimatum". It's the cover article, so it's introduced with a fancy two-page spread with a big photograph depicting Damon as Jason Bourne, right after he's knocked a bunch of armed attackers unconscious in a warehouse.
And there's a two-line caption at the bottom of this spread, but it's split across the two pages, and in my copy of the magazine, the two pages are imperfectly aligned, making it visually ambiguous which lines on the left are supposed to align with which lines on the right. If I read them the wrong way, the result is as follows:
WITH THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM UNLIKELY AS HE GETS READY TO SLAY THE COMPETITION A CRYING BABY AT HOME ACTION STAR MATT DAMON TALKS ABOUT SURVIVING A KILLER SHOOT, A FICKLE TOWN, AND PHOTOGRAPH BY JUSTIN STEPHENS
Wow, his competition is a crying baby? I wonder if that's the same crying baby I was standing next to at Morphicon 2005!
