Computer stuff

Sheesh, I can't even back up files! I tried using Nero. I got to the point where I'm sposta put in the CD-R. I do that. Nothing happens. Nothing keeps happening. I dunno if it's broken or if I did something wrong or WHAT. (Don't bother trying to give me tech support advice right now; I just want sympathy.)

youngvanwinkle has been trying to help me via IRC. Nothing we've tried so far has worked.

Plan B will be to do a clean reinstall of Windows. If that doesn't work, plan C will be for me to buy a whole new computer. I'm willing to do that. And getting MORE AND MORE WILLING WITH EACH PASSING MINUTE.
