Rabbit Hole Day part III

Oh, something else interesting happened today. There's this Elizabethan-era song about a guy who inherits 100 square meters of land in a Scottish town; I can't remember the name or gender of the person who wrote it, but I wanted the British philosopher A.J. Ayer to broadcast it, and I wanted him to do it quickly before a medieval circuit court made a mistake. (They never have in their entire history, but hey there's a first time for everything.) So I said to him:

"Ayer, air eir aire 'Ayr Are Heir' ere eyre e'er err."

Unfortunately, those words are all homophones, so he couldn't understand what I was talking about. Also, he doesn't work for a radio station anyway.
