If you've ever seriously considered that Sarah Palin might have any kind of point when she calls Barack Obama anti-American, or when she describes the small towns she's been campaigning in as the "pro-America" parts of the country, well, here's a little cartoon making fun of that nonsense.

Obama is anti-American. Palin is a flipping moron. Difference: I like Obama, just don't want him leading the country. I hate Palin, I don't want her anywhere near leading the country. I'm in a loose loose situation.

Explain how some one who is a member of an American governmental body (especially the Congress) is "anti-American". I'm trying to figure out where people make this accusation are thinking.

(i.e. Hugo Chavez is obviously anti-American, because he opposes American influence in his country; is there any elected official (even Dennis Kucinich) that wants to destroy the US?)

How exactly is Obama "anti-American" (or are you just being sarcastic)?

I'm sure things will be much better when Obama wins and the mainstream media stops criticizing the government.

They criticized him for Monica Lewinsky, not his political agenda. I can't recall the mainstream media (CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, NYT, LAT, CST, etc.) ever criticizing any liberal point of his agenda. The media editors simply don't believe in criticizing anything that they believe in themselves. So I think Obama will be given a pass for the duration of his presidency.

I'm sure things will be much better when all the Republicans who were fuming "He's our commander-in-chief! You have to follow him! Love it or leave it!" when leftists criticized Bush, will turn around and show Obama the same courtesy.

*falls onto ground laughing*

Thanks! It's from the scene where McQueen's being hauled into court, and everybody's yelling at him for trashing the town.
