Zincin' in the Rain
Had some fun yesterday despite having a sore throat. When I got my big Hypertrophe badge on Thursday evening, it was drawn to look like a movie poster of "Singin' in the Rain" starring KT, showing KT holding three umbrellas, one with each hand. Clever, but I was also disgruntled by my sore throat and the cold rainy weather outside, and I felt conflicted about wearing the damn thing. Which is bad because Kattywampus went to the trouble of designing it just for me.
Friday morning I thought of something fun to do to the badge to get a laugh out of my situation: I used little patches cut from Post-It notes to change the title "Singin' in the Rain" to "Zincin' in the Rain". This coincided with my decision to go to the Kroger across the street and buy zinc lozenges, as well as Hall's Breezers and bottles of water. Fortunately the weather improved, and it still looks nice out today.
