Since when does NO BUN also mean NO PATTY?
Just when I thought our local Jack in the Box couldn't get any more incompetent, they manage to give my dad a burger with no bun... and no meat!

I'll tell the whole story later; right now I gotta scarf down my food, go out again and go back there to complain.

They gave you a wad of paper?

Taking an extra trip to go complain won't help you much. I highly recommend you stop and check the contents of the bag before driving away or leaving the lobby.

No, and I did check the order; they gave me a plastic clamshell box with cheese, lettuce and other veggies inside, and I assumed there was a patty underneath.
