Happy bissextile day!
I declare this year's bissextile day to be Ambivalence Day. Not a day to be ambivalent about anything (although you can if you want), but a day to remind yourself what the word "ambivalent" actually means. It's not the same as "apathetic", where you have two options and you don't care which of them you pursue. Rather, it means that you can't decide which option to take, that you're torn between them. For example, Millie is ambivalent today.
