93 countries in 5 minutes! 93When time ran out, the site told me I forgot 177 countries. I didn't forget them, I just couldn't TYPE any faster! I was also tripped up by the fact that I didn't realize I was supposed to leave off "the". Still, not bad, I guess! And yes, thank you, Animaniacs, from the bottom of my heart. :} Current Mood: yo soy smartoCurrent Music: Guess! (7 persons said stuff | say some stuff wydoncha) | | 3:36p |
Wet Hand Luke I have discovered the fastest and most efficient way to dry my hands in public lavvies. Er, lavatories. First I use a paper towel to wipe off the excess water; then I use the hot air dryer to dry my hands the rest of the way. This method uses each tool to do the part of the job that it's best at. Millie Bernard Shaw? In today's Ozy & Millie, Millie tries to improve English spelling, joining a long line of thinkers who have attempted the same thing, including such names as Andrew Carnegie, Theodore Roosevelt, and George Bernard Shaw. Just for fun, I wondered how the strip would go if Millie followed Shaw's lead and used a different alphabet: Transliteration: "My language improvement, by Millie. I have invented a new alphabet. Its letters represent the actual sounds of English so it's way better than the Roman alphabet used to be."
