Steak & kidney stone; or, Sly & the Kidney Stone
Tylenol helps. Drinking lots of water helps.

It's not helping the stone come out, it's just helping to keep me from being miserable. Somewhat. The effects have narrowed down to a painful stinging sensation that flares up when it's time to take Tylenol again.

Otherwise, the stone is REFUSING to come out. I'm gonna see a doctor on Monday.

    A joke I just told [info]chipuni
Once upon a time there was a nun who was fishing for octopus. They're hard to catch, and she hadn't got one all day. But finally she caught one in her net, so she started hauling it onto the boat. Suddenly, she heard a strange voice:

"Wait! Don't just bring that octopus into the boat."

She looked around. Who said that? There was no one else in the boat. Was it the octopus talking? She started to peer closely at it, when she heard the voice again:

    "It's me... your clothing!"

    "My clothing?!" said the nun.

"Yes. I am a magic talking nun's habit. I have been silent forever, but now I must speak, to tell you that before you haul that octopus onboard, you must check it for ticks!"

    "Ticks?"

"Yes. Flea and tick season is upon us. That octopus could be infested!"

    Punchline )

No need for the doctor now
    THE STONES ARE OUT.

There were THREE of them and they all came out at once. One of them looks to be 4 or 5 mm in diameter. I think that's the one [info]babsbunny saw me suffering from.
