Queen of the Nile?!
There's this B-52's song, "Party Out of Bounds", which contains the following lyric:

What can you do to save a party?
Parcheesi? Charades?
A spur-of-the-moment scavenger hunt?
Or Queen of the Nile?

Now, I know what Parcheesi, charades, and scavenger hunts are, but what's Queen of the Nile? Google's not helping. All I could find out is that it's either [a] a casino slot machine game, [b] a song by Dangerous Toys, or [c] a lyric from a B-52's song. [a] doesn't sound right; this song is about having a party in your own house, and most people don't tend to own slot machines. [b] is a song, not a game, and [c], well, duh.

So, anybody ever heard of a game called Queen of the Nile, a game that might likely be played at someone's home during a party? When I went Google searching, I kept seeing "Texas Hold 'em" pop up nearby, so I have the vague notion it might be a card game of some sort, but then Texas Hold 'em could also be a slot machine for all I know.

Anybody? Anybody? Bueller?
